Remedy for Excessive Gas

Intestinal gas in excess which lingers for more time can be named as a chronic gas problem.



It is normal for every person to produce certain amount of gas in a day which is released by belching or burping and passing it through the rectum. If you suffer from chronic gas then certain symptoms like abdominal pain, belching, bloating and flatulence are common.

  • Sucking a small piece of ginger soaked in lime juice after meals is also one of the best remedies for bad gas.
  • A very good remedy for excessive gas is to chew roasted fennil seeds or aniseeds after meals.
  • Avoid smoking, sucking hard candies, chewing gum and drinking through straws. These are also good remedies for severe gas.
