There are plenty of things you need to consider during your first trimester of pregnancy such as getting lots of sleep, eating well and regular physical exams. A microscopic life start to form inside you as the egg and a sperm meet and it form a zygote and very soon you will experience as it starts to grow into a full-fledged baby.

You have to remember that prenatal care is very much important in first trimester of pregnancy. As soon as you think you’re pregnant, you must fix an appointment with a gynecologist. Once you have confirmed that you are pregnant then you must take necessary care for first trimester of pregnancy because in the initial stages of pregnancy there the chances of miscarriage of baby are quite high. This article will give you an idea about the precautions which should undertaken during the first trimester of pregnancy like how expectant mothers must take care about their diet and take  vitamin and mineral supplement that includes at least 0.4 milligrams (400 micrograms) of folic acid. Folic acid supplement has been shown to decrease the risk of certain abnormalities (such as spina bifida).

Pregnant ladies are advised to avoid all medications, unless the medications are necessary and recommended by a doctor or prenatal health consultant. Pregnant should discuss all medication use with their doctor. Pregnant women should make sure that they do not take too much of vitamin A. Although you need some vitamin A in your diet, having too much could mean that levels build up in your body and harm your unborn baby. However, there are certain foods whilst pregnant women to avoid exposing yourself to the risk of food poisoning, or because they can be potentially dangerous to your unborn baby. As in the trimester of pregnancy, lady must avoid hard work and mental pressure job. These are some care which should be taken in the first three month of pregnancy.
