Take about 4-6 advil pills (Ibuprofen pills work too) make sure they arn't the gell kind but rather the non-coated ones. Put them on a plate, and SPRINKLE water on them. You will see the advil absorbing the water, and expanding. Once the advil has fully expanded, crush them with a spoon. Make sure the mixture is a little liquidized, but still a grainy texture. Squeeze a small amount of honey on the mixture. (About the size of a dime.) Put it on you're face, and leave it on until it dries. After about 10 mins, wash off with warm water, and use this time to exfoliate. (You can use a mechanical tooth brush if you prefer) After about two-three usages you should see amazing results. Works amazing for me :) good luck!

This really works for me... I have very oily skin and LARGE pores. Once a week, I mix 1 egg white with 1 tsp baking soda and make a paste. Then I put it all over my face and leave it on until try (about 4-5m). Pores are visably smaller. Try it!

I agree with Shawn, I doubt a diet has much to do with it, and I've heard many doctors say that. PLus, I'm an athelete. I can't afford to eat nothing but fruit. I try putting.. *Potoe slices on afected areas *Red eye vsine eyedrops *Neosporin for scars And I believe AcneFree is the remake of ProActive. My mom and the store said they thought it might be, too. It the things that worked after 1 YEAR of looking :] I'm going to try the lemon juice. Hope it works!

Mix 2 ounces of Apple Cidar Vinegar with 10 ounces of water, use as an astringent with a cotton pad after cleansing to maintain the correct ph balance of your skin. It hasn't helped with blackheads, but it cured me of cystic acne on my face and jawline.

Don't waste money on expensive cures. Try this!

My routine is: exfoliate every night with an apricot scrub ($3 at wal-mart). Wash face twice a day with sulphur soap (found at dollar stores or walgreens for $1), wipe face with a cotton ball dipped in salicylic acid astringent ($2 - wal-mart) and finish with benzoyl peroxide at wal-mart ($1.70). Good Luck!

I consider myself an expert on acne and I can tell you right now that diet has NO effect on acne symptoms. The #1 reason people get acne is due to a genetic defect that leads the pores on your face, neck, back and chest to be more oily then the rest of your body. If your parents had acne, or even their parents, guess what? 3/4 chance you will too.

Ok, i dont know if this works for you, but it certainly worked for me... Its a guy thing though only. masturbate twice a day and when you reach, rub your sperm in the acne problematic areas twice a day. You will notice results after about 4 to 5 days. People may find this gross but, IT WORKS! Good luck!
