Ways to Improve Allergy Eyes

An eye allergy is generally due to an allergic reaction or is associated with other allergic afflictions like hay fever and dermatitis. The symptoms of eye allergy include redness, itching and swelling in the eyes. Eye allergy also causes hazy vision. Constant watering of the eyes is also a common symptom of eye allergy.

  • You should avoid exposing your eyes to the sun.
  • You should always wear sun glasses while going out to protect your eyes from dust and pollen.
  • Use good quality eye make-up as the eyes are extremely sensitive and poor quality cosmetics can cause allergies.
  • You must use eye drops recommended by a doctor to keep your eyes clean.
