For menstrual cramps, I find that Tylenol doesn't help at all, but anti-inflammatory pills such as Advil usually work very quickly.

Boil a handful of thyme in about 2 cups of water; sweeten with honey to taste and drink when having cramps. Should get relief shortly after drinking.

I got rid of them without surgery. I wore a magnetic back belt, turned around and worn with the magnets over your pelvic area for a few hours everyday for 2 weeks. I also started taking Lycopene and drinking magnetic water. No spotting in over 2 months!

For my menstrual cramps I have always use Chamomile Tea (warm) 1 or 2 Cups a day, for 3 days of my period. I don't know if it relaxes me or the warmth of the tea helps my cramps.

Magnesium and Calcium

Right when that time of the month comes, take some magnesium and calcium. The best way to take these, of course is naturally through milk and almonds or sunflower kernels. Also, prescription and non-prescription medications can make cramps worse.
