There maybe delay sometimes due to various reasons like anxiety, worries, some hormonal changes. Have iron and protein rich foods, include raw papaya, sugarcane juice in your diet. Dont take any medicines without a prescription.

If the delay is not much then you need not worry, however if it is too long then consult a gynecologist for a treatment.

Menstruation is a classic symptom of a girl growing into an adult, which lasts for 3-5 days. What do you exactly mean by saying 'late cycle'? Is it always late? How late is it? Have you referred to a gynaecologist before? There are possibilities of hormonal imbalance in such cases.
