TREATMENT FOR EARS IN HEAD COLD
I HAVE A HEAD COLD AND CANT HEAR FROM MY EARS DUE TO AIR IN THEM. WHAT CAN I DO?

Treatment for ears in head cold- A simple exercise during head cold .Just take deep breath inhale .Now hold and stop both the nostrils so that air does not get exahaled.
Thus blocking the nose completely try to bring the air out with a little force ,feel it coming out of both the ears thereaby removing the air from the ears and improving the hearing drastically .Practise this 5 times in one sitting morning and night with ease and dedication.
