Natural treatment for head lice
Wash your hair with vinegar or apply coconut oil to your hair after shampoo and conditioner.
Rub Listerine mouthwash on your head for 3 days continuously.
Add 15 drops of tea tree oil to your regular shampoo and use it daily for a week.
Melt 2 tsp of butter and mix 1 tsp of lemon juice in it. Apply this to your hair, leave it for 10 minutes and then rinse it with water. Do this for 3 days and shampoo your hair the 4th day.
Have 2 garlic capsules everyday for about a week. You can also swallow 3 garlic cloves with water in early in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach.
Regularly use margosa oil to kill the lice. After eliminating head lice, add some of it to your conditioner. This will prevent the formation of lice in future.
Mix 1 tsp of common salt in 1 jug of water. Rinse your hair with it and then wash your hair with a herbal shampoo which contains arnica and calendula.
Make a paste of Vaseline, olive oil and egg white. Massage your scalp with it and leave it overnight. Wash your hair with warm water in the morning and comb your hair with a lice comb. Do this every week for 2 months.
