1.Take cumin powder   1 tsp  3 times daily in water .

2.Just be on sago or naturally sweet curd and rice diet for 15 days.

3.Take a homeopathic remedy called as Merc cor 30  5 pills 2 times  12 hourly for 2 days then wait and watch

4.If persistent incontinence then you can take a homeopathic remedy called as Veratrum album 30  5 pills once daily bed time for 1 week.

Bowel incontinence-

1.Train the bowel by trying push the rectum and colon part of the
