Advice on good diet

Can you please supply me with a diet of some sort that is ok for everyone to use?

Advice on good diet-
A well balanced diet for every one should comprise of -
  • Vegetables especially green peas, cauliflower, bottle gourd, bitter gourd, sprouts and fruits like water melon and apples.
  • White meat like fish and chicken are good.
  • Take lot of semolina, rice, wheat and it's porridge like preparations.
  • Take all milk products in original form like milk, buttermilk, cheese, clarified butter etc .
  • Avoid any grounded wheat dishes like noodles, biscuits, breads etc.
  • Avoid all aerated drinks. Drink only WATER but always beware that you should drink water before 1/2 an hour of food and after 1 hour of eating food.
