Alternative cures for internal parasite cleanse- 1.Take 2 big glasses of warm water daily in the morning immediately after waking up . 2. Take 1tsf of castor oil with 1 cup cow's milk once in a month .
3. Take 3-4 dates dipped in apple vinegar .Take them on empty stomach in the morning .
