Diet for fair complexion

my complexion has become very dark. what should i eat to become fairer?

For a healthy, blemish-free and glowing skin, here are a few things that you must do regularly - 
  • Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water a day, this not only flushes out the toxins from your body but also keeps your kidneys ship-shape.  The result is the glow on your facial skin.


 
  • Gorge on fresh fruits and salads at every meal. Try and incorporate carrots and beetroot into your diet whenever possible.


 
  • Eat lots of green leafy vegetables; these innocuous looking herbs are storehouses of vitamins, calcium and not to mention essential fiber.
