I am 16 yr old boy 168cm 70kg. I want 2 become tall (185cm) and want fair complexion and clear acne. Please suggest diet & home remedies along with yoga

Yogurt is the best cleanser you can use for this purpose. Milk is also an excellent cleanser, but it should not be sued if you have oily skin. In that case, it is better to use yogurt instead. You should also make it a point to exfoliate your skin once a week without fail. This will help to remove the top layer of dead skin from your face and will discourage the occurrence of acne as well. Remember to be regular in following these methods.
