A regular exercise cycle or some new hobbies or interest will also help you unwind.  Your lifestyle and eating habits also need to be changed drastically. Stop eating oily fried food. Spices should be completely avoided. Eating raw vegetables and fresh vegetables will help you. However, what is more important is eating balanced, healthy meals on time. Keep to a regular schedule of meal times and ensure that you get sufficient sleep.
