Deficiency of Vitamin B12 leads to stress, frustrations, depression and loss of memory.

Vitamin D works to improve growth and helps in the absorption of calcium. Vitamin D deficiency often causes skeletal deformities such as rickets in children and osteoporosis in adults.

Deficiency of Vitamin K is not so common because it can be synthesized in the body. Deficiency occurs only in case of excessive bleeding or if there is some problem in absorbing the dietary intake.

Vitamin E deficiency is also not known because like Vitamin k, Vitamin D is also synthesized by the body and is stored for balancing the nutritional requirements in the body.
