My body became loose. Please suggest me some remedies to make my body fit.

Body fitness tips
As you grow older you will observe that your body seems to sag. The skin of your underarms or on your stomach seems to be loose. There is nothing as effective as physical exercise to help you weight lose weight.
A regular exercise regime will help you not only shed weight, but also tighten your body. Since you have not mentioned how old you are, I am unable to offer you more detailed suggestions. I suggest that you contact your doctor at once. She will be able to guide you and suggest the best course of action that you can take.
In the meantime you can do your bit by trying to cut down on white flour, oil, dairy products and sugar. Instead of eating three huge meals that consist primarily of white bread and processed food, you should eat several small means. Each of these meals can be properly balanced. Avoid eating red meats since these contain a high percentage of saturated fats. Include plenty of green vegetables in your daily diet and snack on fresh fruits rather than processed food. Drinking glasses of warm water with one tablespoon of honey in it is a good idea too. However, the most effective way of discovering a healthy you is to ensure that your lifestyle is regulated – with sufficient healthy food, enough sleep and plenty of exercise.
