4) Dried figs are the most common and effective home remedy for hemorrhoids and piles. Soak a couple of figs overnight in a bowl of water, and the next morning, consume the figs and the water on an empty stomach.
5) Above all, eating a diet that is rich in fruits and vegetables can help to avoid most common digestive ailments.
