There are a variety of herbs for breastfeeding that available in the market. However, it is important that you consult your health care expert before consuming any of these herbs. This is due to the fact that you may not be aware of the potency of these herbs nor of their side effects if any. They might react to your system differently and that might pose a serious threat to your health. Also, some of these herbs and concoctions have not been approved by the FDA. Therefore, it is better to be safe than sorry.
