Shaking, lack of something in the blood?

Trembling sensation advice

If you have had this trembling sensation for more than a month, you need to get medical advice on what exactly it is. It could be something as simple as weakness due to lack of proper diet or something bigger such as low blood pressure or low blood sugar. Once you have determined what it is, and if it is indeed any of these two things, you will need to follow a set course of medication, diet changes and exercise as dictated by your medical practitioner.

If it is weakness you are experiencing, you can try to improve the nutritional quality of your diet to remove any sign of weakness. Include large quantities of fresh fruit and vegetables to your diet. Stress on grapes, guavas, apples, bananas and leafy greens to build up strength from within. If you are a meat eater, avoid fried meat and opt for grilled meat. This is healthier and will also build up your stamina. Include Yoga in your daily exercise regimen. Learning a couple of relaxation techniques should also help you, especially if your trembling is caused due to nervousness or stress. It must be noted that trembling and shaking are rarely connected with any kind of lack or paucity in the blood.
