Question on noise in stomach:- Gurgling and bubbling is a sign of gas movement in the stomach and abdomen. There are hemorrhoids due to which there must be obstruction of flatus .This might be leading to forcible passage of gases into other cavities during peristaltic movements .This contractions and the gases must be leading to noisy movements internally.
