Most effective and proven birth control amongst tribals in India is: Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder in 1 tsp of honey early morning empty stomach and do not eat or drink anything for next 45 minutes. This is to be done just 10 days from the first morning after menstrual cycle starts. The ovum which gets released after this is so weak that it does not fertilise. No side effects. If you wish to conceive, stop the turmeric powder from next cycle. It may be better to allow one cycle to pass through, so that next ovum will be stronger. Here stronger or weaker means the electrical charges that ovum possesses. This natural control has been in use in Tribal women for centuries, but not widely advertised as no commercial interests of anyone here. There are 64 more herbs in Ayurveda which provide birth control, but this is most convenient and easy all over world.
