- Warm water compress can be used to get rid of the boil. Dip a clean cotton cloth in warm water and apply it on the boils. This will help to drain the boils naturally.
- Mix garlic and onion juice in equal proportions. Apply this on the affected region. This will also help the boils to ripen and burst.
- When a boil is ready to burst, it should be squeezed gently to drain the pus and to avoid further spreading of the infection.
- Have a balanced diet focusing more on whole wheat products, fresh fruits and dark green leafy vegetables and lots of water.
- Minimize the intake of tea, coffee, sugar, sweets, pickles, oily/fried foods, junk foods, processed foods and refined flour (maida based products).
