Cider vinegar is a good source of phosphorous, potassium, magnesium, sulphur, calcium, sodium, fluorine, iron and silicon.

Blend the following for a minute:

- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup raw honey
- 8 cloves garlic
Pour in a glass and seal and leave in the refrigerator for five days. Two tsp. in a glass of water or fruit juice, grape or orange juice is best before breakfast for reducing cholesterol.

Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and honey in a glass of water, three to four times a day controls high blood pressure.
