Health advice on home remedy for cataract
For cataracts my grandmother used a mixture of honey, distilled water and apple cider vinegar with the mother. Do you have the proper mixture? Even her eye doctor said "if it works, use it - it won't hurt you."

Cataract is a common eye disease accompanied by blurred vision. Add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and honey in a glass of water and drink after meals, everyday. It reduces as well as prevents cataract growth.
This might be attributed to the fact that apple cider vinegar is a good source of beta-carotene, which is an antioxidant. Anti oxidants are those which scavenge free radicals.
Try these easy home remedies:
- 1 cup of rose petals+4 tbsp. of raspberry leaves+4 cups of boiling water. Leave for 30 minutes, strain and use as an eye wash.
- The juice of pumpkin flowers can be applied on the eyelids twice a day.
- Eat lots of carrots and other fresh vegetables and fruits.
- A few drops of pure honey can be put in the eyes.
- Garlic cleanses the eye lens. Eat 2-3 raw cloves everyday.
