Health benefits of apple cider vinegar

(May 2, 2008)

Apple cider vinegar has countless benefits when used in any way. If you add it to your bath water, it will act as a general disinfectant and ensure that your minor cuts and scrapes are taken care of without you even coming to know about them. Vinegar has antiseptic properties that go a long way towards healing. If you are suffering from arthritis, a long soak at least once a week in bathwater laced with apple cider vinegar will help to ease the pain and heal your bones to a small extent as well. This product is also a natural odor neutralizer, so if you are suffering from bad body odor, a soak in this will help to get rid of that as well. You can do it as often as thrice a week.

If you have dry itchy skin, a soak in a warm bath with apple cider vinegar added to it will help to ease the itching. Soaking in it will also help to ease of cramps caused by too much exercise. Washing your hair with apple cider vinegar will help in fighting dandruff. Since it has healing and decongestant properties, a bath with hot water to which apple cider vinegar has been added will also help to fight clogging caused due to sinusitis.
