Apple cider vinegar to cure cholesterol
I heard that an 8oz.apple juice with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar will lower cholesterol is that correct?

The amino acids in apple cider vinegar have a neutralizing effect on some of the harmful oxidized LDL cholesterol. Pectin in the apples is a fiber, which binds itself to cholesterol globules and is eliminated, instead of being reabsorbed.

yes, but cinnamon capsules do the same thing plus help control blood sugar
