Exercise to Increase Buttocks
Before you target any area of your body, you need to make sure that you are physically fit. If you have not exercised in years, trying out new exercises can severely strain your muscles and result in cramps or sprains. Start out with a light walk for about 30 minutes a day and after a week you can increase both the time and the intensity.
Slowly start to incorporate exercises in your routine. There are some cardio and strength training exercises that will help to strengthen your glutens and make you shapely.
The best exercise for your thighs, hips and butt is squats. There are various types of squats like regular squats, twisted squats etc. Lunges are very effective but rather taxing. These exercises help to tone up your hamstrings, quads and calves. You can choose from a variety of lunges such as reverse lunges, walking lunges, wheel lunges etc. Try and include step ups and hip extensions in your workout. You should also include a small number of one-legged dead lifts as these exercises also help to strengthen your lower back. Try to go hiking or biking once a month as this will increase your stamina and provide you with healthy enjoyable exercise.
