Natural cures for hip pain
- Try to do hot and cold compress alternatively on the hip region for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Find out whether heat relieves the pain or cold. Then continue doing this for as long as pain remains.
Later on, whenever pain aggravates, immediately do hot and cold fermentation. You can also try heat rub or hot bath. - Gently fold and unfold your right leg and do not sit cross legged.
- Apply some gel or any oil on the area after getting up in the morning and before going to bed. If your friend tends to get pain often, then regular body massage will prevent further risks or aggravation.
- Try and exercise regularly.
- Do not put pressure on that area by sleeping or sitting on that side.
- Turn on your side and then wake up from the bed. Never get up or turn suddenly.
- Eat healthy foods and include fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, cereals and seeds in your diet.
- Avoid fats, processed foods, junk food and tinned foods of all kinds.
- Stop smoking completely and lower the alcohol consumption.
- Eliminate red meat and all hot spices from your food.
- You are in too much pain to exercise, go for a stroll and take long and leisurely walks.
