my son(15 months) has a white boil like formation (size of one wheat grain) on his pennis underneath the front tip skin. What should brethe cause. can we tereat it at home?

Home remedies for boils
Apply the juice of garlic or onion or both of them mixed together on the boils once daily. You can also eat 2 or 3 cloves of garlic with your meals to help cure the boils.
Warm 1 betel leaf and coat it with castor oil or pure clarified butter and wrap it up over the area with a soft cotton strip.
Leave it for a few hours and then replace it with another one. Do this procedure for 2 days. If the boil has some pus in it, it will rupture and the boil will heal.
If not then it will help to subside the boil and then clear it.
Ground some cumin seeds and make its paste in water. Apply it to the boils twice a day for 3 to 4 days.
Take 1 tsp of milk cream, add ½ tsp of vinegar and a pinch of turmeric powder. Make its poultice and apply it to the boils 2 times a day for 1 or 2 days.
Boil some parsley vegetable in water till it becomes soft. Wrap it in a soft linen cloth and then apply it to the boils as a poultice.
Drinking plenty of water will keep the hydrated and cleanse the system.
