Avoid using makeup that has crossed its expiry date as bacteria collects on these products, especially mascara and eyeliner and eye shadow.
  • Sleep is very essential if you do not want to see a swollen face in the morning. Give your body the needed rest to recuperate after a hard day work, and for better circulation of fluid, rest your head on a pillow.
  • Ice cubes wrapped in paper towels or with cold water can be placed on the face to reduce swelling in the morning.
