My hair is falling, any remedies



Hair fall may be due to so many reasons. It may be due to lack of protein intake by the body or improper assimilation of the protein foods by the body. So first thing is include nutritious food like spinach, green gram, bengalgram, milk like foods in your diet. Secondly it may be due to improper maintenance of hair. Hair should be washed at least twice in a week. Combs should be cleaned everyday before using it, should not use the combs used by others. Oil should be applied to the scalp in enough quantity.(15-20 drops oil in scalp is enough in a day). To wash hair can use extract of leaves of hibiscus. It gives shining silky hair as it is the best natural conditioner to the hair. but if you are more prone to cold can use white yolk of egg to wash hair. It gives Slight curls to the hair in addition to silky hair. For some people hair loss may be due to dandruff. In this case should find out the reason for dandruff, as it may be some internal reasons like white discharge(Girls). In such conditions avoid the cause then automatically hair loss can be stopped. To obtain a thick black long hair Athimadhura (dry herb) made into a paste along with Buffalo's milk and applied twice in a week. To avoid dandruff 4-5 Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of khas-khas, 1 teaspoon coconut, little sour curd made into a paste and apply thrice in a week.

Hair fall can occur for a variety of reasons. Eat balanced healthy meals at regular eating hours. Inadequate nutrition can be a possible cause. Make sure to eat foods rich in vitamin A, C, iron, calcium and zinc. Stress can aggravate hair loss so involve yourself in de-stress activities. Practice pranayama or breathing exercises.
