Home remedies to tighten vagina

I think that give birth is what affect in this regard a woman's vagina even though I know women that have the same problem without being mothers. My wife is really tight still, after 25 years of marriage and having sex almost every day. She had 3 cesarean so her vagina didn't suffer in this way, but is amazing that after so many years of sexual activity she still has a very tight vagina.

The remedies I know are surgery, cream and spray. The ideal remedy would be a cream or spray to avoid surgery.
