I massage my body every day with a mixture of milk powder, haldi, fresh cream & gram flour. Will this mixture lighten my skin tone? Should I add anything else to this mixture?

Improving skin tone remedy

A mixture of turmeric, fresh cream, milk (preferably real milk instead of milk powder), and Chickpea flour does help to improve your skin tone; but you can also try using some of the following combinations, based on what suits your skin tone the best:
  • You can make a paste of equal quantities of yogurt, ground sesame seeds, honey, and milk, and apply it on your body and face. Wash this paste off after it dries.
  • Turmeric or turmeric is very popular for improving the skin tone. You can make a paste of gram flour and turmeric paste and apply it on your face and neck. Allow the paste to dry and then wash it off with warm water.
  • You can also try another remedy that uses gram flour, milk, and lemon juice. Make a paste of two teaspoons of milk, three to four drops of lemon juice, and gram flour. Apply this paste on your face and neck and leave it for 15 minutes. Then wash the paste off with water. You can repeat this every fortnight.
  • For improving the glow of your skin, you can mix half a teaspoon of almond oil, one teaspoon of lemon juice, one teaspoon of milk powder, and one teaspoon of honey and apply this mix on your face. After 15 minutes, wash it off.
  • You can make a paste of equal quantities of cucumber juice and lemon juice and apply it on your whole body and face. Leave this applied paste to dry and then wash it off with warm water after 15 minutes.
  • If your skin is dry, you can make a paste of equal quantities of honey and lemon juice and apply it on your whole body, including the face. You should leave this paste on for approximately 15 minutes to let it dry on your skin, and then use warm water to wash off the dried paste.
