To get rid of grey hair, do as an Asian granny did. Eat a tablespoon of black walnuts, black sesame seeds and a tbsp. of good quality honey everyday. Warning: Black walnuts and sesame seeds are costly. Do this everyday and in 6 months your hair should return to it's normal color. Dr. Remedy!

Kombucha Tea
suggested by Nashira on Wednesday, May 9, 2007

I have read reports of people's hair turning back to it's natural color by drinking kombucha tea daily. I'm just started using it and hope it helps. I have also heard similar stories about drinking "green smoothies" made with greens and fruits. It did not work for me but it sure made my hair and nails grow like crazy! I've been having this as a breakfast for the past year. If I stop, my nails start splitting & breaking.
