Sciatic nerve pain refers to the nerve pain known as ‘Sciatic nerve”. It runs from lower back towards both the legs. It is longest nerve in the body.

10 ounces of potato and celery leaves daily is good as pain relief.
Drinking celery tea many times a day also helps.
Eating 2-3 cloves of garlic is beneficial.
For body’s circulation and as a pain relief long hot water bath followed by short cold water bath is beneficial.
Elderberry juice/tea is good for relaxation of muscles.
Put horseradish pack on the painful area for at least one hour. It will stimulate the affected nerve.
Give gentle exercise to lower portion of back.
Massage painful portion with hot olive oil.
Put crushed 5 cloves of garlic in 50ml. sesame seed oil. Apply the warm oil on pain.
Regular application of warm Castor oil will also help.
