Home remedies to lose weight
I am looking for a natural way to lose the extra pounds as exercise alone is not doing it for me. I am about 10-15 lbs over my ideal weight.I am vegetarian.Please help

With healthy diet, regular exercise and proper care one can control weight gain. Following are some of the most effective home remedies for weight loss:
- Apple Cider Vinegar is said to be a powerful detoxifying agent. It also helps in body purification and breaking down fats, phlegm and mucous deposits within your body.
- Swim is a very good exercise for weight loss. It helps in fast burning of all the fats present within your body.
- Involve yourself in physical exercises in an open space such as a garden.
Exercise will burn out extra fat and fresh air will improve your overall health. - Jogging and cycling are also effective for reducing weight.
- Avoid consuming junk foods, processed foods and any kind of high calorie diet.
- Take a well balanced and nutritious diet.
- Eat more of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
- Avoid consuming excess of salt as salt tends to increase body weight.
- Milk or dairy products such as cheese and butter should be avoided. These are very high in fat content.
- Avoid eating too much of high fat non-vegetarian foods.
- Mint is an excellent source for weight loss. You can consume mint in the form of tea or spicy condiment.
- Spices such as dry ginger, black pepper and cinnamon are also beneficial for losing weight.
