The problem of rashes on the inner thighs arises typically with people who live in a moist humid climate and have thighs that rub against each other continually. If you have thighs that rub against each other continually, try to lose weight in that area to ease out the problem. A simple exercise is to lie down on the floor with your legs bent at the knees so that your soles are flat on the floor.
Wedge a large beach ball between your thighs and squeeze it as hard as you can. This exercise should be done everyday. Start with doing it once and increase as much as you can. Your thighs will thin down considerably.
To lighten the colour of your thighs, there are some simple home remedies at hand. Apply a thick layer of yogurt with the juice of half a lime squeezed into it and leave it on for about 30 minutes. Wash with a mild herbal soap. Oatmeal and yogurt would also result in lightening skin colour considerably. You can mix yogurt and dried powdered orange peels and apply that. Applying juice of grated raw potatoes also helps, as does the juice of cucumber. Make a paste of tomato with a few drops of lime juice and apply to the area. This should also help considerably. These remedies should take about a month to show results.
