Home remedies to tighten skin
  • Apply cucumber juice to your skin two times a day. Leave it for sometime and then wash it cold water.
  • Take half a piece of ripe banana and mash it.


    Add one teaspoon of honey to it and make a uniform paste. Apply this to your face, let it dry and then wash it with cold water. You can do this alternately with the cucumber juice pack.
  • Massage your skin with raw milk and then wash it after sometime.
  • Make a paste of the cream of boiled milk. Add 2 to 3 drops of olive oil and a pinch of turmeric powder. Use it as a pack regularly. Turmeric and olive oil provide nourishment to your skin.
  • Vitamin E oil nurtures the skin. Apply it on your face daily before going to bed.
  • Drink a minimum of 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday. Stock up on plenty of juices and soups.
  • Whenever you come from outside, remove all make-up with cleansing milk and pat rosewater on your face, neck and arms.
  • Do not eat fried and junk foods.
  • Avoid spices and hot foods.
  • Do some facial exercises twice daily.
  • Always remember to massage your skin gently and in upward motion.
  • Never rub wipe your skin vigorously.
