Firstly you need to keep in mind that many girls in the world are prone to suffering from irregular menses. This could be the result of different factors related to lifestyle as well as hormonal implications within the body. There are a number of home remedies that you can prepare for your daughter to help deal and solve the problem.

However, in order to completely cure the condition, it is highly recommended that you also ask a reputed gynecologist or physician to review your daughter’s case in order to identify the root cause of the problem. The more effective treatments options as per the situation can then be pursued. The different home remedies to regulate periods include:
  • Set a daily routine that your daughter can follow and get used to.
  • Work towards stress reduction as stress is known to affect normal menstruation in women to a large extent.
  • Parsley juice is known to be very effective when it comes to dealing with irregular periods and combining about 75 ml of the juice along with cucumber or carrot juice is highly recommended.
  • Soothing baths can go a long way into helping normalize the menstrual cycles as well. Immerse an entire chickpea plant in hot bath water to not only help with the irregular cycles – but also help reduce any significant pain that you may experience during menstruation.
  • Juice extracted from the bark of a mango tree is also known to be very effective and creating a concoction of about 10 ml of this juice with 120 ml of water and having the mixture in doses of about one or two teaspoons regularly over the course of the day should help substantially.
  • Consumption of aloe vera juice along with a little sugar for taste is also known to trigger menses  in the event that it appears to have been delayed.
In case you still find no improvement in your daughter’s condition, check with a gynecologist for an effective treatment.
