WHAT I FOUND THAT WORKS FOR ME IS PAPAYA FRUIT IN A CAN. I NEVER TRIED THE ACTUAL FRUIT ITSELF YET. GOOD LUCK.

The best thing I have found is a chewable DGL tablet called Rhizinate...works very quickly and helps heal the stomach lining; If it is persistent then visit your local naturopathic doctor; visit www.naturopathic.org to find a licensed naturopathic doctor(one that has gone to medical school) as opposed to mail order licensed "ND's." Here are some tips that may help: - Including ginger in your food intake helps to reduce suffering and stomach upset. Ground fresh ginger can and add to foods or take in tea or capsule form.
- Consuming high fiber nutrient foods is another natural way to reduce future suffering. This absorbs excess acid and gas, and allows your body to rid itself of toxins faster.
- Increse the intake of water each day. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water each day. This will help eliminate toxins from your body.
- Green tea helps the digestion process. Try green tea after yur meals.
