WHAT I FOUND THAT WORKS FOR ME IS PAPAYA FRUIT IN A CAN. I NEVER TRIED THE ACTUAL FRUIT ITSELF YET. GOOD LUCK.

The best thing I have found is a chewable DGL tablet called Rhizinate...works very quickly and helps heal the stomach lining; If it is persistent then visit your local naturopathic doctor; visit www.naturopathic.org to find a licensed naturopathic doctor(one that has gone to medical school) as opposed to mail order licensed "ND's."

Here are some tips that may help:

  1. Including ginger in your food intake helps to reduce suffering and stomach upset. Ground fresh ginger can and add to foods or take in tea or capsule form.
  2. Consuming high fiber nutrient foods is another natural way to reduce future suffering. This absorbs excess acid and gas, and allows your body to rid itself of toxins faster.
  3. Increse the intake of water each day. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water each day. This will help eliminate toxins from your body.
  4. Green tea helps the digestion process. Try green tea after yur meals.

You can also take a teablespoon of viniger, it helps put acid back into your stomach which causes you to get heartburn.
