Try these simple home remedies to avoid sweating –
Soak white vinegar in a cotton ball and apply it in your armpits after a shower. The smell of vinegar will vanish after some time at the same time keeping your body odor away.
Keep your underarms clean (with the help of waxing or an epilator) as far as possible.
You can apply a baby powder or talcum powder after a shower.
Avoid applying deodorants or perfumes directly on your armpits.
Some foods with strong pungent smell like onions, garlic, and meat can be avoided as their smell can also leak in your sweat.
