Please suggest me diet for person suffering from piles

Piles are a common occurrence today. Piles mean the inflammation of varicose veins inside or just outside the rectum. If the incidence of piles is on the outside, there is a lot of pain but if the piles are on the inside, there tends to be a lot of bleeding. This is called a form of bleeding piles. Piles are not a disease and can be cured permanently if treatment is sought quickly. But piles bring with it a lot of social embarrassment. So before you want to go the doctor, you can also try a few options for piles treatment at home. Home remedies for piles are quite effective. Piles is usually caused by chronic constipation, over eating, less fiber in the diet, heavy lifting of equipment, chronic diarrhea, excess eating of spicy food and obesity. Piles can be treated at home with home remedies. Soak a few dried figs in water and have the figs with that water first thing in the morning. Repeat the same process in the evening. After a few weeks the seeds in figs are known to give relief to the intestines. Dried mango seeds, ground into a powder, are also known to help stop bleeding piles. A Damson plum largely found in the Asian subcontinent is also known to be very beneficial for piles. Eating the fruit twice a day, during its season, through a few seasons has been known to cure piles completely.

There are also certain piles natural cures that are easily available, most of which involves sticking to cures from fruits and vegetables you will find around your house and garden. The juice of white radish mixed with honey or with salt, can be had up to twice a day. White radish could be made into a paste in milk and can also be applied on infected areas. Juice of turnip leaves and bitter gourd, both are very beneficial for the treatment of piles. Ginger which is commonly used for the cure of many other conditions is known to help in home cures for piles too. Onion juice with sugar is believed to really help bleeding piles. A decoction of sesame seeds or sweetmeats of sesame or even just a paste with butter are really beneficial for bleeding piles. An enema of wheatgrass juice with lukewarm water helps detoxify the rectum. Have some yogurt with ground mustard seeds in them. Drink water that has had pomegranate peels soaked in it. Buttermilk with fresh pepper and rock salt is a good remedy for piles on an urgent basis. Carrot juice with fresh goat's milk that has been curdled is a good and quick remedy for bleeding piles.

If the bleeding piles are hurting tremendously, an application of coconut oil helps lubricate the area but is not a cure. Powders of roasted black cumin seeds and regular cumin seeds in a glass of cold water is known to stop bleeding piles. For some acute cases, sitting twice a day in a tub full of ice water has also been known to help. You can prevent piles with some simple tips. Home remedies for piles treatment includes not eating spicy food. Piles also aggravates because of chronic constipation. You should not eat heavy foods like lentils, meats, pickles and fried food. Foods you should also avoid are asafetida, bitter melon, jaggery, mustard oil and salt. You should include more fruits and fiber in your diet. You should start by detoxifying and not eating anything for one day. Then slowly, start eating fruits for at least seven days. After seven days, you should slowly eat more vegetables. The aim is to make your stools soft so that it does not aggravate your rectum. Exercise is also known to help. Doing regular abdominal crunches and certain yoga asanas can prevent and stop piles.
