HI, I get shingles which itch like crazy, i found o wonderful product which cost me two dollars from the two dollar shop, it is called Mountain tree,and is made from Hemp seed oil with jasmine exract, believe me it works, its a body wash and is excellent, i have tried many things and found this works wonders
