I fell a few years ago and turned my foot upside. Since then I have a bone spur (a bony bump) on top of my foot. Suggest remedies for the bone spur and make my feet and legs more flexible and prone to healing?

- Ice packs and warm compress are very helpful in healing the inflammation cause due to bone spur. Try both and follow which is more effective for you.
- The pigment in turmeric – curcumin is very useful in treating bone spurs. Take 1000mg of curcumin 3 times a day preferably on empty stomach.
- Gently massage the foot with tea tree oil to reduce pain and inflammation and to make your feet more flexible.
- Wear comfortable footwear to avoid further strain on your foot.
