Advice and remedies for very high blood pressure

I have very high blood pressure, with panic attacks. I take omaga 3 fish oils and flaxseed oils every day. Would that help or hurt me? What should I do with all of this? Please help!

Further, smoking is a major risk for heart disease and stroke.Home Remedies for High blood Pressure: A clove of garlic is highly recommended for high blood pressure. Chew one clove of garlic first thing every morning and wash it down with water. The garlic can also be coarsely pound and swallowed with water.

Make a juice of 25-30 curry leaves with 1 cup of water. Strain and drink first thing in the morning. Limejuice can be added for taste. First of all to help calm you down and stop the panic attacks take an herb called winter cherry. Your fish oils and flaxseed oils are not the problem and shouldn't be causing your symptoms. There is a regimen by Dr. Linus Paulin that may be very beneficial for you. In his studies he found that high blood pressure may be caused by plaque build up in the veins. His protocol is healthy and safe and won't hurt you even if this is not your problem.

Take 3,000 to 5,000 mg of vitamin C as ascorbic acid daily.Also take about 3,000 mg of L-Lysine and 1,000 mg of L-Proline. This will dissolve the plaque from your veins and increase elasticity and take the stress off of your heart so it can function better. You might also try some CoQ10 at levels as high as 200 mg each day. It is excellent for the heart and is known to drop blood pressure levels. Magnesium relaxes artery walls and increases blood flow. And the herb Hawthorne improves coronary blood flow reducing blood pressure.

There may be many causes for high blood pressure, and it is advisable to treat the cause, not simply the symptoms.  The omega 3 oils are not going to "hurt you" but they may not be sufficient to address the underlying cause of your hypertension.  Seek the advice of a trained health care professional to develop a complete treatment plan.
