I recently had a friend drop his high blood pressure and has only joining the spa to contribute it to. He already eats square meals and takes a multi-vitamin along with other vitamins. If the spa is not an option, my best way to do an easy all purpose exercise is to step up and down on a 6 to 12 inch step until you're tired, (about 10 minutes). Also try not to go more than four hours without a carbohydrate snack. Drink more purified water. Look for things to be happy about. Or even one.
