Advice for body aches and blood pressure

I have high blood pressure and pain below the neck, on the back, on the right side. Also pain on the right arm. pain for the last 2 days. Please advise.

Blood pressure or hypertension could be a cause of serious concern, and there are various reasons that trigger it. Blood pressure is regarded as the illness of the modern age caused by fast paced life, modern living, mental and physical pressure.

In your case the pain in your neck, back of your head, tiredness and so on are symptoms of hypertension.

Other symptoms include dizziness, palpitation, frequent urination, difficulty in breathing.

There are several home remedies that will prove effective in lowering your blood pressure.

Avoid excessive intake of salt in your diet. Reduce eating high fat foods such as eggs and meat. Reducing protein and flesh intake in your diet helps to lower blood pressure and blood clotting.
Increase your fiber intake. Vegetables are good to lower blood pressure and if eaten raw are even better best – such as cucumber, spinach, carrot, onion, radish and cabbage.
Practicing Yoga or breathing excises for 10 - 15 minutes daily could help to lower blood pressure.
Learn to remain stress free and relaxed. Try to get a minimum of eight of sleep, as adequate rest is a vital aspect in treating hypertension.
