Remedies for Wrinkles & Dark Circles below the Eyes

Remedies for wrinkles and dark circle

You have not mentioned your age - after a certain age, these things are normal, particularly wrinkles, so you may not be able to entirely get rid of them. To some extent wrinkles may also be hereditary - some people have relatively smooth hands even in their old age. However, wrinkles are also an indication of the general state of your health. There are several activities that can cause or worsen wrinkles. These include smoking and excessive exposure to the sun. It may not be possible to avoid going out in the sun, but you can cover yourself when you know that you will be out for a long period of time. As for smoking, if you do smoke, it is best if you completely quit. Although this is probably more difficult than staying out of sunlight, smoking is much more harmful, and in many more ways than by causing skin wrinkles.

Dark circles under the eyes are also partly hereditary and age related. However, they can also be caused by lack of sleep, vitamin deficiencies, anemia, allergies, and some medications. There are some traditional remedies for dark circles, but these are all temporary. It is better to find out which of the factors mentioned are causing dark circles for you, and rectify that problem instead.
