Irregular periods problem

I’m 27y/o with regular menstruation. But now, I'm having small bleedings for 2 weeks already (I just had my menses. 2 weeks before). I feel no pain, and I'm having insomnia. Is this abnormal?

Irregular periods problem

There could be a variety of reasons for your irregular periods. Often, if you have just made a great change in your home life or at work, this affects your periods. Excessive stress can also cause irregular periods.

However, I would suggest that you visit your doctor and confirm your diagnosis.

In the meanwhile what you can do to ensure regular periods is to exercise for at least twenty minutes each day. You can also boil a small piece of ginger root in a cup of water.

When it has boiled well take it off the fire, cool and drink. You can add sugar if you like. Drink this thrice a day, after each meal.  Peel 1 carrot and one large beetroot. Grate both these vegetables. Now make a juice combining the two vegetables in it and drink this over the next three months. You have mentioned that you suffer from insomnia. You will need to regulate your sleep patterns and ensure that you eat a healthy balanced diet. You will need to eat high fiber food. In addition to fruits and vegetables, eat pulses, whole grains and fruits. Try to avoid going for long periods of time without food. If you are constantly on various diets then this could be one of the reasons for your irregular menstrual cycles. Avoid dieting. You should also avoid living on fast food or processed food and should make an attempt to eat healthy food.
