Throat burn remedies
I smoked for 2 years..now i have a burn in my throat a long red line..doctor said its a burn from inhalation..and nothing worked...what can i do?

This is obviously a result of smoking excessively. There are few home remedies for sore throat that might help soothe and heal your throat burn.
- You should give your throat some rest.
Try not to speak and stop smoking. - Drink lots of fluids in the form of water and juices. It will help in keeping
- the body hydrated.
- Sage is a valuable alternative medicine used extensively in the treatment of sore throats. The use of Sage helps in healing the soreness in the throat by reducing the inflammation.
- Slippery Elm is popular natural remedy for sore throat. It helps to soothe the throat.
- An ancient home remedy for the treatment of sore throats is a tea made with cayenne, apple cider vinegar, lemon, and honey. Boil a cup of water add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper. Put one teaspoon of honey to the cup of warm water. Squeeze juice from a piece of lemon into it and stir the mixture before you drink it.
- A hot cup of chamomile tea is very effective in healing sore throat. It is particularly advisable in your case as it has a very soothing effect. This tea can be consumed by persons of all age groups.
